When we interviewed her she had already put much thought and effort into how she would market our home. The professional and thorough presentation convinced us she was the realtor for us. She advised us to get it on the market as soon as possible as it was early Spring and the inventory was low. She has an amazing eye for detail and impeccable taste and the presale tips she gave us were spot on. Alex also had a presale inspection done which allowed us to address any issues prior to the sale. The staging of our property gave our home elegance yet maintained a homey feel (I should have had her decorate while I was still living there). Our property was quirky and yet her marketing plan created a buzz. We left for Spring break as our home was going on the market. We received an offer of $100,000 over the asking price prior to our home even hitting the market.
